As part of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare’s program to promote the acceptance of foreign nursing care workers, the Japan Care Worker Guide website was established and is operated by the management office of the Japan Care Worker Guide. We recently held a number of online seminars targeted at “Young foreigners who are interested in living and working in Japan”, as well as sharing information on the Specified Skilled Worker System, nursing care jobs, living in Japan, and studying Japanese via our website and social networking sites.

Japan Care Worker Guide ambassadors
We start recruiting Japan Care Worker Guide ambassadors on July 1, 2022. This program is aimed at foreigners who are working in long-term nursing care jobs in Japan and wish to improve their knowledge of Japanese, make new friends, or exchange stories about living there. The ambassador’s main responsibilities will be to share information on our website and social networking sites about nursing care job and living in Japan.
